Antikmässan The largest antique market in the Nordic region

Antikmässan opened for the first time in 1978 and was started together with the Swedish Art and Antiques Dealers Association (SKAF).

Antikmässan is the Nordic region’s largest Antiques Market where you as a visitor can buy from the exhibitors directly on site and take your finds home directly. We offer inspiring exhibitions and a packed stage program where authors, influencers and famous profiles in the antique industry lecture. We also offer guided tours and the opportunity to learn from the antique experts. Prepare to browse through antiques, vintage, modern design, art, curios and building conservation. The Antiques Fair is one big market – you can buy everything on the spot and take it home with you! Every day a new market opens as the exhibitors constantly replenish their stands.

Every year, on the evening before the opening, there is a preview and vernissage at Antikmässan from 16:30.

Here you will find unique, classic and beautiful items from our dedicated exhibitors with antiques, vintage, modern design, art, curios and building conservation.

For visitors

Everything in Antikmässans stands is for sale and you can take your finds home with you! 90% of the items have either a documented provenance or history that antique dealers are more than happy to share. Maybe the lamp you’re interested in was used in a Chicago movie theater in the 1930s, or the pearl necklace you can’t stop thinking about belonged to a former Duchess of Oxford?

Bag ban at Stockholmsmässan and Antikmässan?

The decision on a total bag ban at major events currently does not apply to fairs, with the exception of the Gymnasiemässan.

Due to the current situation in society, the Swedish Police Authority has decided on a total bag ban at major events in Sweden. This decision does not encompass fairs However, Stockholmsmässan has made a decision regarding Gymnasiemässan where there will be a bag ban for visitors.

Exceptions are made for people who need to bring in a bag for medical reasons. The decision can change at short notice, so we encourage visitors, exhibitors and partners to stay tuned.

What are the most common transportation options to and from Antikmässan?

Both buses and commuter trains stop at Älvsjö Station, which is Stockholmsmässan’s closest neighbor. The commuter train takes you from Stockholm Central to Stockholmsmässan in 10 minutes.

Stockholmsmässan also has a large number of parking spaces.
