  • The top Nordic Antiques Fair, Antikmässan!

    Antikmässan - the annual highlight for lovers of antiques and interior design – 15-18 February 2018, with a preview on February 14, Hours 4.30 pm - 9 pm*.

    Meet exhibitors with antiques, vintage/modern design, fine arts and collectibles. Everything is for sale. Meet experts, authors and trend analysts. Be inspired and boost your knowledge through the inspirational exhibitions.

    Among Antikmässan’s exhibitors your will find experts within antiques, fine arts, vintage/modern design, collectibles and restoration of old buildings.

    Each year Antikmässan has a theme that is consistent throughout the inspirational exhibitons, general areas, open lectures etc.
    This year's  (2017) theme was "Forms of yesteryear"

    Antikmässan has been held every year since 1978. This year, around 250 stands on an area of 4,500 sq.m welcome the visitors.

    Antikmässan is held in partnership with SKAF - the Swedish Art and Antique Dealer Association, which members are also members of the international association Confederation Internationale des Negociants en Oeuvres d´Art (Cinoa).

    We offer two different types of application. Combi application gives you a lower price, if you sign up for 3 years. If you choose single application you have to send us an application every year.

    Price fair participation (all prices include VAT):

    Application fee: SEK 2795

    Sqm price:  SEK 1040 / sqm up to 30 sqm, over 30 sqm  SEK 1000 / sqm. Minimum 9 sqm.

    Exhibitor insurance: price 1 195 SEK.

    The stand includes: 

    Partitions between stands is 1x2,5 m. Painting of wall in chosen color  (please contact Eventservices for information). Black carpet in 50x50 tiles. Ramp in wood. Sign with your company name. 1 electricity connection 230V, 10A max. 2000W

  • Register your stand personnel

    For security reasons and to ensure that all exhibitors can move freely at the event, everyone working in your stand need to carry an exhibitor photo ID card.

    Who must wear an exhibitor card?

    Everyone working in your stand must wear a personal exhibitor photo ID card. This enhances safety, and also makes it easier for visitors to see with whom they are speaking.

    Number of cards each stand is entitled to stand in relation to the stand size. Rule: minimum two cards and a maximum of 12 cards. The number of exhibitor cards corresponds to the surface area according to the principle of one card per 3 sqm. Exhibitor exceeding the number of cards is charged with SEK 100 + VAT per card. Even for issuing duplicate of the lost card will be charged 100 + VAT per card. Regardless of stand space, each exhibitor is entitled to at least 2 cards.

    Workpass: Contact person must report workpass for temporary personnel, for example craftsmen only working during installation and dismantling.

    The registration process is designed to enable to you quickly and easily get your exhibitor card, add new personnel and make other adjustments.

    Opening hours for registration and collection of exhibitor's card and work pass will be announced later on.

    The exhibitor must order workpass for craftsmen only working during installation and dismantling, available at the Information desk in the Entrance Hall. ID is required.

  • Event Planner - all your orders in one place

    Event Planner is our digital tool for you who have booked and will be exhibiting at Stockholmsmässan. Event Planner for Antikmässan 2018 will open later in 2017.

    event plannerIn Event Planner we have collected all the relevant information you need before, during and after the event with checklists, stand overview, activities and practical information. Via Event Planner  you'll do all your orders and requests . You can also to send out invitations to customers, market yourself on our website and much more.

    When it's time to start preparations for your participation start by going through the list of important things to do. Here you will find important dates that lets you save both time and money.

    Do not forget to Stockholmsmässan also works as a full service event agency and can help you with everything you need to implement a successful event. We can do everything from complete stand solutions and lighting applications to signs and profile candies.

    Who can log in

    Anyone who is a contact person at your company in our systems can log in. Stand Builders and co-exhibitors can also use Event Planner but can not access our webshop. (Stand Builders can be added as a contact for you as main exhibitor. This means that the stand builder logs in as you and have access to everything. You'll add your stand builder as a contact person under Settings in Event Planner.)

    How to log in

    Use your e-mail address that is registered at Stockholmsmässan and follow the instructions. It's that easy!

    Works on mobile phones and tablets too

    Event Planner is a responsive service, which means that it automatically adapts the look for the screen size of your mobile , tablet or computer . Note, however, that all is not fit to carry out on your mobile devices, the activities that are not mobile friendly is marked with an icon under the headline.

  • Invite your guests early and follow up on invitations

    It is always nice to receive a personal invitation to an event, isn't it? Do not hesitate to invite your customers, prospects, employees and friends.

    Personal invitations increase the chance that you will have a lot of relevant visitors to your stand. It is a key to a successful event. Give your guests plenty of time to plan; send your invitations at least three-four weeks in advance.

    Your guest follows the instructions on your invitation to register. They receive a personal ticket that can be printed or displayed on a smart phone. At the event, you guest goes directly to Access Control and does not need to wait in line at Registration. Exhibitors can see in the system who has registered, who has come to the event and the time that they arrived.

    You will be able to order invitations in Event Planner closer to the event.

    After the event
    Do not forget to go in after the event and follow up on your invitations.
